Feedback b Business contributors themselves.
The journey of a successful leader begins with curiosity; whether in the business they lead or in the people they lead, they must have an interest. It’s a pleasure to give them questions, questions that get them sleepless nights and then hard work to translate them into routines that eventually become routine. It comes with blood, sweat, tears and speed for technology leaders. I have learned that I should look for people who have achieved success in the areas I am interested in, analyze their habits and characteristics – and copy them!
For this article, I seek inspiration from some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the tech world. Elon Musk, Kevin O’Leary and Marc Cuban are familiar names. You may know them as some of the richest people in the world, but they share more than that. They each have their own habits that drive them to success. We can find a few traits in our search for the key to success.
These are some of the remarkable characteristics and habits of these famous leaders. There may be some similarities, but these entrepreneurs have a distinct way of doing things:

Early bird
In fact, early to bed, early to rise, is the way to be healthy, wealthy and wise. A great habit that all three have in common is to start their day early. O’Leary usually wakes up between 5:00 and 5:30 a.m. and goes straight to a game, but Cuban’s day starts a little later at 6:30 a.m. and right get to work.
On the other hand, Musk likes his night’s rest; he calls it his sweet spot and tries to get 6 to 6.5 hours of sleep. He said that the few hours of sleep only interfered with his productivity the next day, affecting his mind and making him very angry. He wakes up at 7:00 am and takes a shower, which he says makes his mind work. In a Reddit AMA, he admitted that showering is not only a necessary habit for him but has made a big impact on his life. This puts him in the right position to face the challenges ahead and has contributed many ideas.
Good morning
A rich man would expect to receive a king’s first meal; they can afford it. Not these three. O’Leary’s breakfast usually consists of hard-boiled eggs, which he eats after going through his emails around 7:00 a.m. That way, he can dive right in. at work.
Cubans also eat lightly. Her ideal breakfast is a nice, freshly brewed cup of coffee and low-carb, high-protein cookies from Alyssa’s Bakery – one of her clients. Tank Mano.
For Musk, tomorrow is no ordinary morning. Although nutritionists call breakfast the most important meal of the day, he skips it to join the morning rush. He likes a cup of coffee and an omelet when he eats something.

Work, work and more work!
These three men don’t waste time in the morning. For Tank Mano Cuban investors and O’Leary, a workday begins with a busy morning in the office checking email. They spend an average of three hours checking and responding to emails and transactions and other high-priority items.
Musk has a unique style. Over the years, the newcomer has learned to appreciate the value of good communication rather than constant communication. In an email to his Twitter staff, he said he is “responsive and tries to respond to emails within 24 hours.” He also tries to spend as few hours as possible on the phone because he has more time to focus. In another email to Tesla employees, Musk recommended the same thing by asking his staff to reduce the number and frequency of meetings, if possible, and if necessary, they should be shorter. He also advised them to walk out of the meetings or feel free to hang up the phone whenever they think the engagement is unnecessary to avoid wasting time.
Most entrepreneurs probably work 40 to 50 hours a week. However, Musk has no boundaries when it comes to his work. With five major companies under his wing, Musk’s 80 to 100 hours of work a week is extremely productive. He is dedicated to the success of all his endeavors, including the companies he invests in and establishes. It’s easy to imagine how many hours this businessman has in his day. It is safe to say that his work is his life. His working day usually ends at 10:00 pm
Writer
These three titans are formidable readers. “Mr. Wonderful” O’Leary is big on research and fact-finding. He reads everything from articles to research from banks and watches the news to update himself on the latest events and markets of the world. He also takes some time to read a book before going to sleep.
Cuban also enjoys a descriptive reading. In an interview with Finity, he admitted that reading gives him business confidence, so he spends most of his afternoons reading a book.
Musk also spends a lot of time to strengthen his mental muscles despite his busy schedule. This is probably one of the few traits he shares with some of the most successful people in the world. Some of his favorite things include Twelve against the Gods, Lord of Rings and biographies of the greatest minds of all time, such as Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin.
