Paris Hilton Goes As Sailor Moon for Halloween Party With Carter Reum – Footwear News

Wearing her favorite anime character, Paris Hilton attended the Casamigos Halloween party in Los Angeles last night, accompanied by her husband, Carter Reum. “Dressed up as my childhood icon Sailor Moon. Happy Halloween!” she wrote on Instagram.

The “Sailor Moon” costume was inspired by the main character of the anime, Usagi. Hilton accessorized with a stunning outfit complete with statement shoes for her night as the Japanese superhero. While her husband dressed up as Tuxedo Mask, another character from the show.

From the design to the unmistakable pigtails in her hair, Hilton really did the character justice. She wore a white bodysuit adorned with a large red bow. The socialite paired the corset with a blue pleated mini skirt and collar. Every part of the outfit was decorated with crystals, making the “heiress” shine every time she moved.

Elevating her look to the hilt, Hilton wore red knee-high boots with an abundance of rhinestones that let the star sparkle down to her toes. The calf-length footwear also featured chunky platform heels that further elevated the “Stars Are Blind” singer’s look.

Often considered the sexiest boot silhouette, thigh-high boots usually stop mid-thigh for a leg-climbing look. The boots are commonly made of leather or suede and high boots are most often worn with short skirts or shorts, dresses with high slits or very tight trousers.

The “Paris in Love” star’s shoe wardrobe is extensive. Hilton has worn a variety of pumps and sneakers from the likes of Steve Madden, Jimmy Choo and Giuseppe Zanotti over the years, often with an emphasis on maxi crystals or mixed materials. Her footwear rotation also includes Alaïa boots, Rothy’s flats and comfortable K-Swiss sneakers.
